Chandrasekhar brings extensive regional experience

Dr. Sripada Chandrasekhar has been appointed president and global head of human resources at Dr. Reddy’s. He will also serve as a member of Dr. Reddy’s Management Council. Dr.Chandrasekhar has more than 30 years of experience across India’s leading firms in public, private and multi-national sectors, both in the early economy areas of steel and manufacturing, as well as telecom, IT services and consulting. Prior to joining the company, Dr. Chandrasekhar worked with IBM in India as vice president and head of human resources for the India/South Asia region. He was a key member of the India Leadership Team and served as a director on the board of IBM India.
